Mercy and Perry host two nature stays on five acres in Armstrong, BC. The Treehouse was built above the ground between Douglas firs, with a hanging bridge, roof deck, outdoor kitchen, climbing wall, and seasonal wellness access. The Cozy A-Frame Cabin was built as a winter project using timber from the property and designed for couples, families, and small groups who want a quiet base near lakes, farms, and trails.
The site is meant to help guests understand the stay before they book: what is included, what needs an appointment, what works for families, and what local plans are realistic from the property. Guests can choose a stay, compare details, browse real photos, read reviews, and use the local guide to plan a grounded North Okanagan weekend.
What to expect
- Owner-operated. Mercy hosts as a Superhost on Airbnb with a 100% response rate, usually within an hour.
- The Treehouse is rustic and outdoor-oriented. Kids under 10 need supervision, and guests sign a waiver before check-in to use the safety nets, climbing wall, and roof deck.
- The sauna and hot tub are on the owner's side of the property and shared, available by appointment at a $25 nightly fee. The sauna runs on a propane tank and takes about 30 minutes to heat. The cold plunge and sauna are available in spring, fall, and winter.
- The Treehouse may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairments or some medical conditions. Reach out before booking if you have questions.
A small, owner-run operation.
The Cabin uses keypad self check-in. Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out is before 10:00 a.m. The Treehouse check-in window is 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Both stays require a two-night minimum on weekends.
Once you are here, the rhythm is yours. Coffee on the deck, a drive to one of more than 10 lakes within a 15 to 30 minute radius, dinner in the outdoor kitchen, fire pit after dark. Nearby spots include Caravan Farm Theatre, Farmstrong Cider, Edge of the Earth Vineyard, and the CC Blooms tulip and sunflower festival.

How do I book a stay?

Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not allowed at either stay. We keep the property pet free for guest comfort and the wildlife that uses the surrounding forest.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes. The minimum stay is two nights on weekends. Some peak periods may require longer. Check the booking calendar for current minimums.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made five days or more before check-in receive a full refund less any applicable service fees. Cancellations within one day of check-in and early departures are non refundable. Rates and policies are subject to change, so confirm at the time of booking.

Is the property wheelchair accessible?
The Treehouse is not suitable for guests with mobility limitations due to the bridge, stairs, height, and outdoor terrain. The Cabin has step access and uneven outdoor surfaces. Contact the hosts to discuss specific access needs before booking.
